All Bee-jay Hair and Bee-jay Skin products must be used strictly according to provided instructions.

Clients acknowledge that:

• Results vary from person to person
• Consistency is required for visible results
• Products must NOT be mixed with other brands unless advised by Bee-jay Beauty

Bee-jay Beauty is not responsible for reactions or poor results caused by:

• Mixing products with other brands
• Incorrect usage
• Failure to follow instructions
• Undisclosed medical or skin conditions


Allergies & Sensitivities

Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or medical conditions, please consult a professional before using our products.

Bee-jay Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly listed or disclosed.


3. Salon Services

By booking a service, you agree that:

• Appointments are subject to availability
• Late arrival may reduce service time or result in rescheduling
• No-shows may attract penalties or loss of booking priority

We reserve the right to refuse service where:

• Client behavior is inappropriate
• Health or safety is at risk
• Instructions are repeatedly ignored


4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid for in full before processing.

We currently accept online payments and bank transfers.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Bee-jay Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Payment issues
• Stock availability
• Pricing errors
• Suspicious activity


5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics providers.

Bee-jay Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect address details
• Customer unavailability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the logistics provider.


Local Pickup

Clients selecting Local Pickup must collect within the communicated timeframe.

Uncollected orders may be returned to inventory after extended delays.


6. Free Shipping

Free shipping applies only when minimum order requirements are met and only within eligible locations.

Bee-jay Beauty reserves the right to modify free shipping thresholds at any time.


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty products and hygiene standards:

🚫 Opened products are NOT returnable
🚫 Used products are NOT refundable

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

• Wrong item was sent
• Product arrived damaged

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence.


8. Consultations & Recommendations

All recommendations provided by Bee-jay Beauty staff are based on information supplied by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details during consultations.

Results are not guaranteed.

All website content, product names, images, manuals, and materials belong to Bee-jay Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• Third-party delivery issues
