At Bee-jay Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Window

Our refund policy lasts 48 hours from the time of purchase.

If 48 hours have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds apply only in the following situations:

• Incomplete purchase

• Delivery of damaged items

• Delivery of incorrect items

Refunds do not apply to change of mind purchases.

International transactions are not eligible for refunds due to currency exchange differences and foreign transaction charges.

To be eligible:

• Order must be placed within Nigeria

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within a few business days

• Applicable bank charges will be deducted

Discounted or sale items are not refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once an order is placed on our website, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
