Abuja Delivery
For customers within Abuja:

Nationwide Delivery (Outside Kano & Abuja)
For customers in other states:

• Delivery takes approximately 5–7 working days
• Shipping rates depend on package weight and destination
• Final delivery fees are shown during checkout

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Delayed deliveries caused by courier services
• Lost or stolen packages after dispatch
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address:
• A full refund will be issued (excluding delivery fees)
• Returned orders are not automatically re-shipped
Customers who wish to receive returned items must place a new order with a correct address.
